Making a Purchase:
All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order, and all goods are sold subject to availability.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Please note that outside the EU you may be subject to your own local tax/import duties. We do not assume any responsibility for these charges. If you are in any doubt we recommend you check with your local Customs & Excise Office before making a purchase.

You may order online via PayPal.

The Souvenir DVD is exempt (E) from classification.

Delivery and Despatch:
We deliver to most countries in the world directly from our Distribution Centre in Cardiff. The vast majority of our orders are processed and despatched within 2-6 working days (we do not operate at weekends or on public holidays) of receiving the order details.

Postage Methods and Postage Rates:
UK orders:
£2.30 - Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For Post. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel.

EU and the Rest of Europe:
£5.00 - Airmail International Signed For. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel.

Rest of the World:
£5.50 - Airmail International Signed For. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel.

Returns and Cancellations:
In accordance with the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000". We operate a no quibble returns policy as follows:

Order Cancellation:
After placing an order through our web site, you then have a 7-day cooling off period. If during this 7-day period you wish to cancel your order then please email us at info@aspect-tv.com. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures. If the order has not been despatched, we will simply cancel the order. If the order has been despatched, we will then request that you return the goods to us unopened and with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We will then process a full refund (within 30 days) for the initial cost of the order plus the cost incurred for returning the goods to us.

Returns (mint condition):
If you are unhappy with a purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, unopened and with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We will issue a full refund (within 30 days) for the total price you paid at the time of purchase (excluding postage), but not the costs incurred for returning the goods to us. Prior to returning the goods, please email us at info@aspect-tv.com. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures.

Returns (faulty goods):
If, within a reasonable period of time, you find a fault with the goods received then we will offer either a replacement or full refund (within 30 days). In either case we will request for the faulty goods to be returned to us for which we will refund the costs incurred. Prior to returning the goods, please email us at info@aspect-tv.com. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures.

General:
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated on our website.

These terms and conditions govern the entire trading relationship between ourselves and you and will remain in force for the duration of our trading relationship.

All intellectual property rights (including use of trade marks) shall be solely owned by us. You are permitted only to use material on this website as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.

Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.

We will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any product or pricing information which we place on the site but we make no warranties (whether express or implied) in relation to the accuracy of such information.
