The Main interviews were conducted during the first two filming days which took place in the spring of 2006 in Liverpool.
Paul Humphreys' interview took place in the main control room at the Motor Museum recording Studios. Later that day, Paul, Andy McCluskey, lighting cameraman Jon Rees and director Rob Finighan visited what remains of Eric's Club and the Gramophone Suite in the city centre.
On day two, the main interview with Andy McCluskey was conducted in Andy's personal work space at The Motor Museum. We also recorded Andy's run through of the old master recordings on his protools, his demonstration of 'Messages' on his old Korg micro preset, and the demonstration of the two inch tapes being 'baked'.
Over these two days we also filmed shots of the 2-inch master tapes in their boxes and many of the commemorative discs and artwork that hang on the walls of The Motor Museum.
These two days were shot on digibeta and the director Rob Finighan conducted the interviews.
